While most Mom’s prefer waking up to a fully-prepared breakfast, others enjoy the versatility of family-style breakfast stations. Do you remember what some of her favorite breakfast foods are? My mom likes pancakes with sausage wrapped inside, basically a larger version of the famous “Pigs in a blanket”. The beauty of creating your very own breakfast station is you can choose anything she likes such as waffles, pancakes, bagels and she can add additional fixings as she sees fit. Go to your Mom’s favorite outdoor park or maybe you have an unexplored wooded area nearby. Either way, it’s always nice to get out and enjoy the fresh air with loved ones.
